Dan Kelly

When life presents us with opportunities, it is up to us to seize upon them. That is the ideal on which ErMack Sales & Marketing was founded. Throughout my 30* years in foodservice, specializing in the Manufacturing side, I consistently saw a void in food brokerage representation. There was a need to have a brokerage company that had a thorough knowledge of the companies and products that they represented. This is the backbone of ErMack and I have used my experience to create a successful team that embraces hard work and truly values the partnerships with those that we represent. We at ErMack Sales and Marketing are dedicated to creating an environment where those who partner with us are successful!

Antonio Apetrior

I Bring more than 20 years of culinary and management experience in the hospitality industry to the team. I have experience with everything from fine dining to foodservice management. Prior to joining ErMack in 2019, I was the Regional Development Director for a national foodservice brokerage responsible for managing the top 10 clients in high-profile markets, including: Metro NY, Eastern PA and Baltimore/Washington. In this role, I'm passionate about helping our principal clients grow in existing markets and expand into new territories.

I spent the early part of my career in operations running my own catering company. I made the move to food brokerage in 2000 and have spent the last 20+ years using my food knowledge to find solutions for both operators and distributors with the manufacturers I represent. I joined the ErMack team in 2020, covering the Philadelphia market.

With a passion for finance and a keen understanding of the unique challenges within the industry, I work behind the scenes to ensure the financial success of the company. I oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health. My journey in finance began with a foundation built on experience in various roles, eventually leading me to specialize in the intricacies of the food marketing and sales landscape. My expertise extends beyond traditional financial responsibilities, as I actively collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with the company's growth objectives. I foster a culture of financial responsibility and efficiency. I work seamlessly with the sales and marketing team to integrate financial objectives with the company's overall business strategy and ensure success in a competitive market.
